Source – AristoMIG 4004i Pulse

The Aristo® 4004i Pulse power source offers substantially improved arc welding performance. This multi-process welding package features the latest inverter technology for efficiently welding mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using solid or flux-cored wire. It's a lightweight power source that demands high productivity and high quality. It even provides excellent arc stability even when using CO2.

  • Synergistic inverter source with more than 230 synergism lines, including Aristo SuperPulse, Qset and Pulsed functions;

  • Duty cycle: 300 A @ 100% and 400A @ 60%;

  • Communication interface fully integrated with the robot, allowing parameterization to be performed individually, either by welding bead or by sections of the same bead;

  • Robofeed 3004 HW wire feeder, with a capacity of up to 30 m/min, specially designed for robotic applications that require a high duty cycle and exposure to aggressive environments;

  • Feed Control 3004 control unit, reduces the size and weight of the wire feeder;

  • W82 Ethernet IP interface.
